Job Description
As a Virtual Assistant Jobs in india, you will be responsible for:–
- · Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling appointments
- · Handle data entry, document preparation, and file management
- · Assist with customer support and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- · Research online and compile relevant information
- · Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks
- · Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itinerary planning
- · Assist with project management and task tracking
- · Be familiar with CRM software and project management tools]
Skills Requirements
- Excellent English skills both written and verbal.
- · Knowledge of QuickBooks, AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager and Yardi is an added advantage.
- · MS Excel (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced entries such as pivot tables, Vlookup/Hlookup)
- · Highly responsible individual who understands the criticality of meeting deadlines
- · Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems, an out-of-the-box thinker
- · Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role
- · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- · Strong written and verbal communication skills
- · Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- · Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- · Tech-savvy with knowledge of remote communication tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.)
- · High level of discretion and confidentiality
